We want you to love your hair care experience as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our official online store. If you are not completely satisfied with your KEVIN.MURPHY products, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team via our online portal with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label via email.
- 3.Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
- 4.Processing & Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
